Powder is composed of many small particles. Powder technologies are widely used in building materials, rubber and plastics, chemical, food, new energy, pharmaceutical and other industries. Powder technology is the fundamental for various industry developments. Different materials require its individual processing technologies. Only the innovative powder technologies can meet the increasing expectations from different application industries. This conference will gather domestic and international experts, further promote “powder” and its close relationships with industries, discuss current hot topics of powder, and to finally achieve the goal of powder science popularization and promote powder development in China.
 

On 20^th April 2018, the 1^st edition of IPB road show was successfully held in Beijing with the topic of additive manufacturing. Aiming to deepen regional market, and creating more value to powder enterprises, IPB road shows have been becoming the regular activities in different cities every year. For the year of 2019, Chengdu, a city with rich material resources and outstanding people, is chosen as the place. In October 2018, Chinese Society of Particuology and NürnbergMesse China jointly launched the powder concepts with “Green, Intelligent & Safe”. These concepts are with profound significances to stimulate Chinese powder industry upgrading, and encourage exhibitors put more attention on environmental-friendly, intelligent, and high-technical products. The organizers will continuously supervise and maintain these concepts as the powder industry standards.
 

IPB is founded in 2003 and has been regarded as the leading “one-stop” trade show in the fields of powder processing and bulk handling in China. IPB has provided innovations and advancements for the whole process industry, powder, granules, bulk solids, liquids, environmental and recycling sectors for 16 years. Trade visitors from chemical, pharmaceutical, food, new energy, ceramics and glasses came to find powder solutions through IPB. IPB has been devoted to providing platform for powder industry, and building bridges for buyers and sellers.
